My point of view on this picture: The picture is taken in a dark room and the only source of light is the bright sun light through the windows. The sun light lightens up the entire room. This idea can be used with reference to the upliftment of the tribal people. The boy (tribal youth) comes out of dark room towards sunlight depicting he is enlightnend about his rights that he posses towards the external world. He bows down depicting that he is thanking the lord(sun). The floor is broken depicting that the path towards glory is always rough.
I think rather than organizing personality development program to tribal youth you can organize a skill development program since most of the tribal you will leave their hamlets and come to city in search of jobs... by skill development program we can help to earn their lively hood in their tribal hamlet it self and in a way we are protecting our rich tribal heritage. Its my view, opinions may differ its like glass is half filled or half empty... but people forget that their some thing in the glass. And you have done that some thing for the tribal youth not like us sitting on nice air-conditioned room and giving comments and mostly lip service. Hats off to your program and all the best for the future endeavourers...
