This picture looks like a compass to me each person's feet indicating each of the four directions.
The other thing is that
The name Niveditha in the compass centre means that she is the centre of the entire Universe.
You can also watch that the four directions (feet) have bowed down to the name. This represents that all forces of nature are under her control.
